Consultation about an Office of the Senior Practitioner in the ACT
JFA Purple Orange is currently assisting the ACT Government with a public consultation about how restrictive practices can be regulated, reduced and eliminated in the ACT.
Working with local stakeholders through a co-design process, we have prepared a discussion paper and there a number of ways people can have their say. The main consultation will happen from now until early March 2017
For all the information relating to this consultation please visit the website: http://www.actosp.org.au
The website carries information about the project. It has background information about what restrictive practices are, and what happens in other Australian states and territories. It will also have everything you need to know about how people can have their say in the consultation.
In the meantime, if you have any questions, contact us.
