The ethics we apply to our capacity building are:
All our capacity-building material is designed to be authentically helpful in terms of advancing the goals of Personhood and Citizenhood, and the role of any agency/individual in supporting these. We will not guide practice that we think is likely to run counter to these values.
Our capacity-building material is auditable. We can back up all the material and ideas we share with you, either because it is the referenced work of others, or because we have observed it in our own work, or because we have deduced it from the above (in which case we explain how we got there). We will not guide practice using material that cannot be backed-up.
For any capacity-building that is designed to strengthen agency/individual practice in the lives of people living with increased vulnerability, we aim to involve people with that ‘consumer’ perspective in the material. We will not offer capacity-building that does not include these perspectives.
